The hotel is in a good location, about a 10-minute walk from the cable car station. The bed was on the firmer side, but everything else was fine. Several hotels share the same building, so navigating the elevators is a bit confusing, and the soundproofing isn't great.

Extremely close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station, less than a 300m walk to catch the cable car up Tianmen Mountain. The breakfast was also very good. It's about a 1.3km walk to Dayong Ancient City, where there are live guitar performances in the evenings. The only minor downside was that I forgot to close the window at night, and then around 11 PM, a lot of people were having late-night snacks, so it was a bit noisy. Other than that, everything else was great.

The hotel is extremely close to the cable car for Tianmen mountain. Hotel is good sized property and the front staff are super sweet. They gave free breakfast for 1 guest. They are very helpful with the booking as well. The rooms are large spacious and very well equipped with automatic curtains drawing, bidet like the ones in Japan. There is a halal food option nearby. There are many places to eat nearby and have starbucks, Chagee in 200 m from the place. It’s quite close to the railway station as well it costed us just 18 yuan to reach here in DIDI.

The hotel is in the same building as Atour, offering an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the cable car station, which is the starting point for all three Tianmen Mountain routes (A, B, and C). Dining options are plentiful in the area with many restaurants nearby. It's also easy to get a taxi to Tu Minority Folk Park and the 72-Qilou complex. The room itself is quite smart overall, with a good quality toilet and nice toiletries. The room seems to have been converted from a twin to a king, and the charging port on one side of the bed is quite far, which is a bit inconvenient. I'm not sure what the self-service afternoon tea is; no one informed me, and I didn't see it. Booking Tianmen Mountain tickets through the butler was cheaper than online platforms, but it's very difficult to book route B. If you want to take route B, you need to book well in advance!

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk to the shuttle to Tianmen mountain which made it very convenient as we were visiting the mountain. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel so you will have many choices of food and etc. The room was clean has everything we needed. The only downside was that our room is on the non-smoking floor because we booked a non-smoking room but people were still smoking and the whole floor smells like cigarette. The breakfast at the hotel was good with variety of Chinese food and some western food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to people that are visiting the area.

This hotel is right next to Atour Hotel, so the location is pretty good. However, the breakfast was truly awful and the variety was incredibly limited! The service, though, was very good; the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, had a pleasant attitude.

This was the worst Jinjiang I've ever stayed at. First of all, don't be fooled by the big sign and the whole building in the pictures; it's a 'string-of-hotels,' sharing elevators with a bunch of other messy hotels. (If you had a dedicated elevator like the Atour next door, I wouldn't complain, but you're lumped in with other budget hotels – how can safety be guaranteed?) Secondly, this hotel claims to have opened in 2025, but the decor is incredibly outdated. The room type we booked had dim lighting, and the overall style felt like something from around 2018, that opulent and stuffy kind of look. I seriously suspect it's a hotel that took over a failed business, definitely not a proper Jinjiang. The hotel is incredibly cramped, with low ceilings. The suite was smaller than a king-size room I've stayed in in other cities. I understand that Tianmen Mountain is popular, but even in Shanghai and Beijing, where land is precious, it's not this cramped, please. Finally, breakfast. The family suite gets the same number of breakfast allowances as a king-size room. What's wrong with you? What's the point of me booking a family suite then? My husband and I have two kids – what else are we supposed to stay in if not a family suite? Should my eldest daughter sleep alone? The restaurant seems to be outsourced; the staff were arrogant. Even after I spoke to the front desk, they still had complaints. If you're so great, maybe you shouldn't be in the service industry – good for you, good for me. The front desk was okay; they were the only thing that felt like a Jinjiang. I can't say anything bad, but I can't praise them either. All I can say is that this is my first and only bad review on Ctrip for you, which means it was truly uncomfortable. I even wrote a positive essay for a Jinjiang in Guiyang. You've really disappointed me. I originally wanted to book you for all four days, as it's a brand I trust, but I ended up canceling because it was too far from other attractions. Now I'm just grateful I only booked one night.

This hotel is located right in the heart of Zhangjiajie, surrounded by tons of restaurants, shopping malls, and supermarkets, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. It's also super close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway (Line A), just a 5-minute walk away. To get to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, you can take a tourist shuttle from a station that's also very near the hotel, and it only costs 13 yuan. The hotel boasts modern facilities, including smart toilets and automatic curtains. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with great water pressure in the shower and excellent drainage. I've already recommended it to all my relatives and friends!

Staying at this hotel in Zhangjiajie during the off-season was a good overall experience. The location is definitely the biggest highlight, being only 400 meters from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, which made getting up the mountain incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, with 'Sanxiaguo' (a local specialty) readily available everywhere, perfect for those who enjoy authentic Xiangxi cuisine. If you're not a fan of spicy local dishes, you can head towards the municipal government area, where there are more malls and a wider variety of dining options. Getting this location at an off-season price offered incredible value for money. To be objective, here are a few minor drawbacks for future guests to consider: There are two Jinjiang-specific elevators next to the front desk, but these don't go directly to the basement (B1). To reach the basement, you have to use the public elevators, which have very long waiting times. I recommend factoring in extra waiting time, especially during morning and evening rush hours. The mattress in this room type is on the firmer side, which might be uncomfortable for those accustomed to softer beds. The smart toilet automatically closes its lid after you leave, and I couldn't find a setting to disable this, which was a bit inconvenient. While the breakfast display looked abundant, the actual selection of items was quite limited. The freshly cooked noodles only had a spicy broth, with no clear or mild options available. Hotels I stayed at in Wulingyuan offered more variety in terms of taste, which is likely due to regional dietary differences. For those driving, an important safety warning: Around the hotel and at various traffic lights, motorcyclists often target out-of-town vehicles, constantly tapping on windows to aggressively solicit accommodation, dining, and tour guide services. They will even follow your car, cut you off, and intentionally block the road to pester you. Be extra careful when driving through this area and avoid opening your window to speak with them. On the service side, it's worth commending that the online housekeeper (via WeChat) responded almost instantly, making communication efficient and hassle-free. Overall, considering the excellent location, price, and service, it's highly recommended. However, if a firm mattress, limited breakfast options, or long waits for public elevators are major concerns for you, it's best to weigh these points before booking.

Hotel Facilities: The hotel seems recently renovated, with smart controls in the rooms, which is very convenient. The bedding was decent and comfortable. I really liked the wooden floor as it's easy to clean. The room size was reasonable. The bathroom facilities were good, although the smart toilet wasn't always that 'smart,' which is understandable given the cost. What truly stood out was the incredible water pressure – that was my absolute favorite feature! The toiletries were all from Herborist, and they felt great to use. Location: It's less than a 5-minute walk from the cable car entrance. Just exit the hotel, turn left, then left again (you can grab a Chajie drink on the way) and you're at the cable car entrance. Incredibly convenient. Hotel Service: On our first night, staying in a room on the 4th floor, we heard strange noises behind the TV cabinet after turning off the lights. Around 11 PM, I called the front desk, and they immediately sent a staff member to handle it. Without hesitation, they moved us to an adjacent family room. Initially, I'd planned to tough it out and stay at the Forest Park directly after sightseeing the next day, but our stay here was so reassuring and convenient that I booked another night on the way down the mountain. Even more remarkable was the exceptionally good front desk service; it was truly unforgettable and made us feel right at home. I lost my power bank on the high-speed train on the way here. Since I don't have a domestic mobile number, Ms. Shi Lan at the front desk helped me call the 12306 lost and found hotline. This number is notoriously difficult to get through to and the process is quite complicated. She told me to go have breakfast while she made the call. When I returned after breakfast, she had already finished and informed me that she would let me know of any further updates. On our first day of sightseeing, we encountered an extremely unpleasant incident, which I didn't handle well at the time. Upon returning to the hotel, I approached Mr. Zhang Kai at the front desk to inquire about local public safety issues. He listened patiently to my entire story, analyzed the situation with me, and offered his advice. Due to the unpleasant incident, I was so upset that after much consideration, I decided to report it to the police. Mr. Zhang Kai supported my decision, and when I reported the situation to the local police, their analysis was exactly the same as his. Here, I really want to warn everyone not to trust any strangers when traveling. Working in hotel services can be incredibly repetitive and demanding. Both Ms. Shi and Mr. Zhang were exceptionally patient and attentive to customer needs, and I am truly grateful! I sincerely hope these young professionals achieve even greater success in their careers!

Hotels staffs (day shift staffs) extremely have service mind. They helped us ordered cake and beverage which that need to use Chinese account for this order. I am very impressed with this service. The rooms are also very clean and the location is really close to cable car station to Tianmen mountain; walked around 10 min. I chose non-smoking rooms, all the floor is truely non-smoking area. Normally this option, of other hotels in China only room is non-smoking but outside the room is still a smoking area. Breakfast is also worth to buy.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in China with our kids. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to assist us despite the language barrier. Their hospitality truly made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very modern and high-tech, with impressive technology and excellent amenities that made everything convenient and enjoyable for families. From smart room features to the overall cleanliness and comfort, everything was superb. Also its so near to Tianmen mountain cable car that's best part . Highly recommended for families visiting China — a perfect combination of great service, comfort, and technology!

Usually the location is great for visiting Tianmen mountain as it is located 5min by walk to the lower cable way station. But, currently there is a big construction site directly in front and they keep on working until 11pm with an incredibly noise level. The kids could not sleep at all. We wanted a compensation from the hotel management but there reaction could not be worse. After excuses over excuses they offered a fruit plate and a berry tea… at 11pm 🤔. I cannot recommend this stay until the mega construction is done. Even with China speed I will take 6-10 month at least.

The room was very clean and close to the cable car. It's perfect for a relaxing stay with great amenities. They even gave us a free breakfast. The check-in environment was convenient, and the facilities were clean and tidy.

The price was higher than usual, so the value for money wasn't great. However, its proximity to Tianmen Mountain was indeed convenient. The room was relatively clean, and the overall facilities were decent. The breakfast, though, was a letdown; there wasn't much variety, and it wasn't tasty. Hopefully, they can improve the breakfast quality in the future.

From the hotel, you can walk to catch the eco-car, then queue for the cable car up the mountain, and take the same route down. The whole process was smooth, and we only waited a few minutes in line. Even during the May Day holiday, it wasn't too crowded. I'm very satisfied with this trip.

The front desk service was excellent. They called beforehand to ask if I was driving, then sent instructions via WeChat on where to park and how to take the elevator to the front desk. I booked a triple room and received one breakfast voucher. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the main cable car station.

This hotel is super convenient for visiting Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie. The cable car station is literally just 50 meters from the hotel entrance, taking you straight up to the mountain! The hotel itself is clean, hygienic, and the service is great. We stayed for two nights in a row.

Excellent hotel just minutes from the Tianmen Mountain base. The staff went above and beyond when the concierge coordinated the transfer of our luggage from our previous hotel at a very fair price. The room was modern, spotless, and noticeably comfortable, with plush mattresses that made for great sleep. Breakfast is mostly Chinese with basic bakery staples like toast and croissants, and the central location makes exploring on foot or catching a DiDi completely hassle-free. English isn’t spoken, so a translation app is essential, but everything went smoothly. Easily our second favorite stay out of five on this trip!

My friend stayed here last time they visited Zhangjiajie and raved about it, so I decided to book the same place. It really is excellent and offers great value for money. The hotel's facilities are smart and comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bedding is very cozy with a perfect balance of softness and firmness. There's also a large vanity mirror with three levels of adjustable lighting, which is very convenient and thoughtful. The breakfast selection is quite rich too. The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk to the entrance of the Tianmen Mountain cableway lower station.

It's a 15-minute taxi ride from Zhangjiajie West to the hotel. It's in the same building as Atour Hotel, but on different floors, and the price is much better. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and there are popular restaurants right next to it. You'll also find plenty of dining options across from the cable car station. My favorite feature is the laundry room. Facilities: It's a new hotel, so all the facilities are quite new and work well. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are very welcoming.

The service attitude was excellent! Yesterday, as soon as we entered, a staff member offered us hot tea while we were checking in. The check-in process was very efficient, and they even helped us with our luggage to the elevator. Today is International Women's Day, and as we were heading out, the front desk staff gave us a wonderful surprise: a rose for each of the four ladies in our group. These gestures truly show how thoughtful and heartwarming the hotel is. Definitely a big thumbs-up!

About a fifteen-minute drive from Tianmen Mountain. The hotel is very comfortable, and the air conditioning works great. As soon as you enter the room, there's a faint, pleasant tea scent. The smart speaker ('Xiao Du') control is very convenient! The breakfast was also excellent, and they even offered a complimentary breakfast for one child. The parking lot has charging piles, and there are many restaurants right across from the hotel, making dining very convenient.

The facilities are great, parking is convenient, and the service is incredibly warm. The lady at the front desk was lovely and the hotel offers great value for money. It's not far from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. There are tons of dining options nearby; the Lanzhou La Mian (hand-pulled noodles) place diagonally opposite the hotel is delicious – it was nice to have some noodles after eating so much spicy food in Hunan. There's also a teppanyaki restaurant next door that's pretty good.

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the scenic area's transportation hub. The facilities are relatively new, and the shower has excellent water pressure. However, there's no designated spot in the bathroom for clean clothes. The automatic toilet seat is far too sensitive; it kept opening by itself while I was getting dressed after a shower. On the bright side, the hand soap and shower gel are from the Shanghai brand 'Herborist,' and they have a pleasant scent, which was a nice touch. The best part about the Spring Festival isn't about material possessions, but rather finding peace and comfort for your soul amidst familiar scents.
